Shipping Policy

We prepare OXO kitchen, home, cleaning, coffee and outdoor products for shipment after payment authorization.

Processing and transit

Normal processing takes about 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization. Transit is then estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and a delivery date is not guaranteed.

Destination, charges and tracking

Available destinations, shipping charges and any order thresholds appear during checkout. Enter a complete delivery address before placing the order. Once the carrier accepts the parcel, tracking updates may take time to appear.

Delivery concerns

For delay, loss, damage or a parcel marked delivered but not received, email uxiqitaqi570@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and tracking details. Photos of damaged packaging or products help us review the matter.
